Greystone grounds

The city park’s exterior terraces, lawns, and gardens are free to visit; ordinary grounds access does not include the mansion interior.

Beverly Gardens Park

The 1.9-mile linear park follows Santa Monica Boulevard through the sign, lily pond, cactus garden, rose beds, and fountains.

Robinson Gardens

Docent-led visits require advance reservations. Confirm an available date before building the day around the estate.

Neighborhood respect

Many of the prettiest streets are residential; keep the visit quiet and low-impact.

Three separate visits

Greystone, Beverly Gardens, and Robinson are not one walk

Greystone sits in the hills above Sunset Boulevard, Beverly Gardens Park runs along Santa Monica Boulevard, and Robinson Gardens occupies a separate historic estate. A car connects the estates; the city park pairs most easily with Rodeo Drive.

Greystone’s Inside the Mansion program is limited to selected first-weekend dates from January through November.
Beverly Gardens Park is a public linear park, not an estate garden and not part of the Greystone grounds.
Robinson tours are reservation-only; use Beverly Gardens Park when the tour calendar does not match the trip.
